Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing network of channel partners (distributors, resellers, system integrators)
- Provide comprehensive training, sales support, and marketing resources to empower channel partners
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute joint go-to-market programs, including lead generation campaigns, events, and promotions
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track key metrics, and forecast future sales performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with partners to deliver high-quality solutions and address customer needs
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the enterprise networking space
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise market through the channel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- 5+ years of proven success in channel sales within the Enterprise Networking market (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, data center networking)
- Strong relationships with key distributors and resellers in the networking industry
- Experience in developing and executing successful channel programs, including partner recruitment, enablement, and performance management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth through channel partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
