Responsibilities
- Products promotion and technical support to customers, including regional customers.
- Conduct product presentations and training session to showcase product capabilities and features.
- Prepare technical proposals and collaborate with sales and follow up customer project coordination.
- Develop and evaluate hardware/software solutions for memory products.
- Collect and analyze market data to identify industry trends and prepare reports.
- Liaise with headquarters to resolve technical issues and propose solutions
- Understand and analyze customer requirements, recommending new products or system solutions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- Knowledge of memory system design, development, architecture
