Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Proficient in creating content using the following softwares:
Static Image: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Lightroom
For Video & Animation: After effects
2. Design and issuance of the twice-weekly Club e-Newsletter ie.Newsbites
3. Design and production of the Club’s printed materials, such as magazine, posters, menus, tent cards, flyers, programmes, brochures, etc. and also online, such as websites, mobile app and digital screen signage
4. Create content for the Club’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram) such promotions and events for both Food and Beverage and Sports and Recreation.
5. Assist in the design and updating of the information on the Club’s digital screen signage
6. Candidates with experience in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
7. Any other duties assigned by Marketing & Communications Manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Graphics Executive role
- Team player, positive attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Takes initiative to drive communication with various departments
- Test – 30 minutes design test in our office
