Personal Assistant, Up to $5,000 (Raffles Place)

Location: Central (Walking distance from MRT)
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $4,000 - $5,000


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Act as the primary liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of the director.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, such as reports, presentations, and agendas.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and present insights to aid in decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Coordinate meetings, document action points, and follow up with teams and stakeholders on deliverables.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, groceries, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
