Our client is a start up in the Distribution industry. They are a successful business which has recently expanded into Singapore and they are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to handle all HR operations and office administrative matters in an individual contributor role.
Role:
- Responsible for day-to-day HR & administrative work duties
- Full cycle of Payroll Processing, comfortable with calculation and checking of part-timers, OT, etc. Filing of CPF, IRAS, GPL, NS claims
- Manage employee and Company insurance
- End-to-end recruitment
- Handle work pass application/cancellation/renewal
- Handle employee training matters such as attendance and records
- Expat Management including arrangement of housing rentals, car rentals, etc
- Coordinate HR events and staff welfare activities
- Maintain P-files and employee leave and claims records
- Manage office administrative matters such as upkeep of office maintenance, procurement of office and pantry supplies. Liaise with landlord on general property management
- Support Senior Management with travel management such as booking of air tickets, hotel bookings, etc
- Others duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR Management or related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint.
- At least 2-3 years’ operational experience in HR field.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
