Salary: $3k - $5k
Location: AMK/ Yio Chu Kang/ Central
Job requirements:
- 2 to 3 years experience and above
- Requires BCA in BIM Cert
- All Mechanical must have experienced in ACMV & LTA/SMRT
Job descriptions:
● Develop and design mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) in 3D using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).
● Prepare detailed mechanical design models, drawings, and specifications for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
● Participate in design coordination meetings with
architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve clashes and ensure efficient project execution.
● Utilize BIM coordination tools like Navisworks to detect clashes and implement clash resolution processes for mechanical systems.
● Produce and maintain detailed documentation, including BIM execution plans, as-built drawings, and equipment schedules.
● Perform quality control checks on mechanical systems designs and ensure accurate implementation of BIM models in the construction phases.
Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.
