SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Company Background:
An established MNC company that offers mechanical locks, electromechanical and electronic locks, locking systems and hardware, digital door locks, hotel security solutions, secure identity systems, and fittings.
Location: Central (Ubi)
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 2500
- Payable OT Allowances

Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduling and retrofit of automatic door components (mechanical, electrical, electronic).
- Troubleshoot and inspect automatic entrances, offering part recommendations for user consideration.
- Provide site reports to clients for work completion, testing, commissioning, and decommissioning.
- Conduct risk assessments on all automatic entrance systems and products.
- Suggest upgrades for automatic doors and propose feasible solutions for existing door systems.
- Maintain assigned service vehicle in good working condition, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
- Stay updated on product information and technical knowledge of both company and competitor products.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition, replacing damaged items as needed.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management or immediate supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum at least a NITEC in Engineering field
- Preferably possess at least 2 years of working experience within the door automation industry
- Knowledge in hands-on technical or mechanical experience
- Class 3 driving license will be advantageous as site travelling required
