Role & Requirement:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in technology business analysis or software development, and familiar with business applications in investment/banking industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong ability to manage and align expectations of senior level business stakeholders across different business units to accept solutions proposed by project teams.
- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and a team player who has growth mindset and confident to work independently.
- Hands-on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, software test planning, vendor management and production support.
- Experience in the documentation of BRD, FSD, use cases, visual modelling and business processes.
- Experience in ETL/ELT process, SQL and API.
- Experience in Agile methodology skill with strong delivery mindset.
- Good understanding of financial application, workflow, UI/UX, database design and software engineering best practices.
