Responsibilities
Barista
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Utilize various manual brewing methods and techniques to ensure consistency and excellence in every batch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, brewing equipment, and workstations.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the cafe, including restocking supplies and assisting with opening and closing procedures.
Service Crew
- Take customer orders and deliver service efficiently.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served meets standards.
- Provide professional and courteous service consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold high sanitation standards.
- Oversee shift responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of the designated section/area, and report to superiors as required.
- Participate in roll call as scheduled.
- Complete all training sessions assigned by the Training Department, Human Resources, or Management.
- Follow operational procedures while also offering suggestions for improvements to management.
Requirements
Barista
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as Barista with manual method brewing experience
- Candidates that knows Cold Brewing [Kyoto-style] will have added advantage
Service Crew
- Candidate with hygiene cert with be a plus
- Candidate with Chinese Cuisine experience will be a plus
