Responsibilities:
- Oversee linen and uniform store operations with outsourced service partners.
- Support procurement activities, including contracts, new linen purchases, and curtain replacements.
- Monitor and review KPIs for outsourced Environmental Services providers.
- Address feedback promptly and implement corrective/preventive measures.
- Conduct audits, stock counts, and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
- Prior Experience in Environmental Services preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking approach.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data tabulation, and statistical analysis.
