Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and analyze care delivery processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Address patient feedback, investigate concerns, and propose process improvements.
- Measure and report key performance indicators to management and MOH.
- Provide administrative and secretariat support for the Head of Department and clinical teams.
- Manage frontline operations, staff deployment, and facility upkeep for safe patient care.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in any relevant field
- Minimun 5 - 7 years of healthcare or operations management experience.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- IT savvy with a capability to handle dynamic healthcare operations.
- Proven ability to manage relationships and deliver outcomes under tight deadlines.
