Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and provide technical support for internal and external meetings, webinars, events, recordings, and video productions.
- Analyze user requirements to deliver tailored multimedia solutions.
- Set up and operate control room and studio equipment for live events and recordings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for multimedia content creation and post-production.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure all systems operate efficiently and maintain an updated inventory for audits.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Media, Mass Communications, Audio-Visual (AV), or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in broadcasting, live production, or AV/VC operations with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and strong video/photographic editing skills.
- Solid knowledge of studio production, including hardware (cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound) and software (TriCaster, OBS, vMix).
- Hands-on experience in filming, studio production, and working on production sets or as part of a production team.
- Expertise in managing large-scale AV implementation projects.
- Familiarity with AV/VC systems such as Crestron, Extron, Cisco, and Bosch.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest AV, VC, and broadcasting technologies.
- Strong writing, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
