Key Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm welcome to guests and assist with arrivals and departures.
- Manage luggage and items throughout the guests’ stay, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for individuals and groups.
- Provide accurate information and directions to enhance guest experiences.
- Oversee traffic flow at the front driveway for smooth and safe operations.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards in all work areas.
- Stay familiar with hotel emergency procedures and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with Front Office staff regarding guest movements.
- Anticipate guest needs to deliver personalized and memorable service.
- Perform ad hoc deliveries to guest rooms as needed.
Details:
- Location: Chinatown, Singapore
- Salary: $2,200–$2,600/month (subject to performance and experience)
- Working Hours: 6-day workweek
