Responsibilities:
- Provide patients and visitors with direction and assist with their enquiries/requests at the Concierge counter
- Ensure smooth traffic flow at the lobby and at the driveway
- Ensure admitting patients are sent to the room as soon as possible
- Ensure discharging patients are fetched as soon as possible and coordinate limousine pick-up
- Liaise with florist and other departments for the offering of fruits/flowers gift/arrangement
- Make specialist referral appointments for walk-ins
Requirements:
- Min A Levels
- Customer Service exprience would be an advantage
