Responsibilities:
- To share with residents about the model of care at the CCA, including the scope of services and other add-on services.
- To share with residents about the different payment options and offer financial counselling to ensure awareness and prudence of residents
- To conduct a short questionnaire to better understand future resident demographics and assist in the necessary data collection/management.
- Any other adhoc duties as required by supervisor
