JOB RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of all manufacturing machinery and plant equipments in the entire plant to ensure that work is being performed efficiently in accordance to the specifications and normal engineering practices.
- Carry out diagnose of problems and repair manufacturing machinery and robot
- To maintain and/or build manufacturing machinery and plant equipment
- To assemble machinery tooling
- Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure performance consistency according to process specifications
- Ensure high level of preventive maintenance programs are implemented and strive for high uptime and reduce repair time
- Good in planning and carry out inspection and maintenance activities within the plant
- Liaise with contractors in terms of repair works
- Maintain 5S
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENT
- NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- 2 years experience in plant/equipment maintenance in manufacturing environment
- Familiar with tools such as Drilling, Cutting and Grinding machines, welding, apparatus, jig saw, electrical tools, hand tools and meters, an added advantage
- Knowledge of local safety requirements, an added advantage
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and self motivated
- Good knowledge and experience in Electrical with analytical and troubleshooting skills is desire
