You will be a key member to provide leadership, strategic direction and managerial oversight of Finance’s work plans to meet the Hospital’s vision and mission. You will plan and establish fee adjustment policies and procedures and ensure the Hospital’s compliance within the overall cluster framework. You should position as a strategic partner and digital enabler to the SGH leadership by proactively driving diverse digital and automation agenda within the unit. You will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of regulatory and management reports of clinical costing activities.
Education, Training and Experience
- Degree in Accountancy or recognized professional qualification in accountancy
- Demonstrated leadership with ability to work in a dynamic, complex and fast-faced environment and manage changing priorities
- Strategic thinker with ability to influence and deliver to multi-stakeholders
- Possess depth in knowledge and understanding of digital and automation technology
- At least 14 years of relevant work experience in healthcare financing in a hospital setting and of which 10 years are in a managerial capacity
