Purpose:
You will be working with the Office Management Team to support in various office administrative duties.
Highlights:
- Contract Duration: 12 months (Start in March 2025)
- Salary range: $3000 - $4500 per month
- Working location: Novena MRT
- Working hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 6pm
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 1 year of relevant office administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Description:
- Assist with office administration tasks (e.g., warrant cards, security passes, fixed assets, user training).
- Support the Tean in reviewing and improving workflows. Liaising with stakeholders.
- Data entry and management duties such as analysing large volumes of data accurately
- Conduct system user acceptance tests to enhance system functionality.
- Other administrative duties assigned.
