JOB SCOPE:
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring successful application of products.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers.
- Assist in product integration and customization to meet specific customer needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product applications.
- Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals and application notes.
- Participate in product testing and validation to ensure compatibility with customer systems.
- Act as the main point of contact for technical inquiries during pre-sales and post-sales.
- Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and product improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering with 1-3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Vision/Optical Inspection systems and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Experience with semiconductor optical inspection equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with programming languages (C++, C#, Python) is beneficial.
- Ability to troubleshoot electronics/PC hardware systems.
- Knowledge of statistical data analysis is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
