JOB SCOPE:
- Design, develop, and improve products from concept to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and requirements.
- Conduct product testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure quality standards.
- Manage product lifecycle, including design, prototyping, and mass production.
- Provide technical support for product launches and resolve issues during production.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications and user manuals.
- Ensure products meet industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements for existing products.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product feasibility.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and new technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Over 3 years of experience setting up automation equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electro-mechatronic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Good team player.
- Willing to travel overseas for field support.
