JOB SCOPE:
- Design and improve manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support to production teams.
- Analyze production data for process improvements.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
- Prepare documentation (e.g., process flow, work instructions).
- Maintain and calibrate manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support cost reduction and resource optimization.
- Train production operators.
- Enforce safety and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in new product introduction and production scheduling.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Nitec in Engineering.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read machine and electrical drawings.
- Willingness to perform hands-on tasks.
- Mechanical alignment, motor tuning, or vision knowledge is a plus.
- Positive attitude and proactive in taking on additional responsibilities.
