HR Assistant

Experience: 2-3 years (Dependent Pass holders preferred)
Work Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in-office, rest remote)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist in posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and issue employment offers and contracts.
  • Support onboarding processes, including orientation and training schedules.
  1. Employee Records & Documentation:
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Handle employment pass renewals, Dependent Pass processing, and other work-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
  1. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Support payroll processing by collating and verifying timesheets and attendance records.
  • Address employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and deductions.
  • Assist in managing leave applications and tracking balances.
  1. Policy Implementation & Compliance:
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety and employee welfare standards.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews as needed.
  1. General HR Support:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Handle ad-hoc HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience.

Skills:

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
