Experience: 2-3 years (Dependent Pass holders preferred)
Work Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in-office, rest remote)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare and issue employment offers and contracts.
- Support onboarding processes, including orientation and training schedules.
- Employee Records & Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Handle employment pass renewals, Dependent Pass processing, and other work-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Support payroll processing by collating and verifying timesheets and attendance records.
- Address employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Assist in managing leave applications and tracking balances.
- Policy Implementation & Compliance:
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and employee welfare standards.
- Support audits and compliance reviews as needed.
- General HR Support:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Handle ad-hoc HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience.
Skills:
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
