Job Description & Requirements
- Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestone.
- Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.
- Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings
- Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.
- Producing site progress report to management.
- Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
- Identify and comply with all applicable statutory/ regulatory requirements related to project.
- Coordination and sequencing of works of different subcontractors.
- Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
- Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
- Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 10-15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferrable 10-15 years of project management experience in the high rise projects and mixed development in building projects
- Required Skill(s): leadership, technical, planning, coordination, multi-task
- Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
