Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am- 6pm
Basic + Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Collect information, perform research, and analyze real estate.
- Focus on Real Estate Main focus in Singapore also in Uk, Australia and New Zealand
- Able to model waterfall models, development budgets, cashflow and investor return summary
- Assist the CIO to source for credible strategic and sovereign wealth fund investors
- Assist the CIO to manage investment bankers and financing proposal
- Assist the CIO to answer questions from investors
- Assist the CIO to prepare documents for investors Due Diligence
- Deep understanding of financial models
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of working experience in investment analysis, real estate, or related fields.
- Familiar with real estate markets in Singapore, UK, Australia, or New Zealand is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, including waterfall models and cash flow analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills: familiarity with real estate analysis tools is a plus (e.g., Argus, CoStar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to do presentations for the project analysis
