1. Maintains Inventory.
2. Creates drinks, beers and food menus
3. Determines employees' schedules.
4. Ensures bar is well stock and clean.
5. Track customers for unruly behaviour
6. Maintains budget and monitor costs
7. Oversees staff including bar tenders and waiters/waitresses.
8. Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to customers.
9. Ensure the practice of proper hygiene at all time.
10. Able to work night shift, weekend and public holiday.
