Remuneration:
- Basic Salary from $5,000 to $6,000, with AWS & Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver periodic financial reports, including Month-End Closing, Quarterly Reports, Year-End Audits, and other required submissions.
- Oversee and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
- Manage financial audit activities and follow up on any necessary corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and document business processes and corporate finance policies to enhance internal controls.
- Provide technical accounting support and advisory services as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with external parties on matters related to general accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CIMA is preferred.
- Strong analytical and business partnering skills, with the ability to support strategic decision-making.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for excellence and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in a Big 4 audit firm and/or a multinational corporation (MNC) environment is added advantages.
- Proven ability to work effectively with business partners across different regions.
- Proficiency in using SAP and COGNOS software is a plus.
- Strong report-writing skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
