Job Title: Laser Technician

Job Description:
- Operate Equipment: Perform LASIK-related tests using machines like Femtosecond, Excimer lasers, and topography.
- Maintain Operating Theatre: Ensure the theatre is ready for surgeries and all equipment is functioning properly.
- Prepare Case Notes: Prepare LASIK case notes at least one day before surgery.
- Schedule Equipment Maintenance: Arrange routine maintenance for equipment and fixtures (e.g., dehumidifiers, lasers).
- Front Counter Duties: Handle patient registration, payment collection, and appointment bookings.
- Customer Service: Provide financial counselling and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
- Support Surgery Schedule: Manage booking of operating theatres for LASIK surgeries.
- Assist Clinic Manager: Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.
- Teamwork: Collaborate well with others, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive Attitude: Display a proactive and positive working attitude.
Working Details:
- Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat: 8:30am-1:00pm)
