Key Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate the design and implementation of the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives
- Partner with business heads and key stakeholders to execute cross-functional, large-scale projects and drive strategic change
- Identify strategic issues and opportunities and resolve business roadblocks arising from execution, operational and other considerations, ensuring optimal coordination and cross-functional alignment
- Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate and monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify and prioritise strategic initiatives, best practices and strategic development opportunities that drive long-term value creation and business growth
Pre-requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or related field
- Prior experience in both public and private sectors is preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Possess business acumen and understanding of financials
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing complex strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with good project management ability
- Able to work well in a fast-paced, fluid and dynamic environment
