Responsibilities:
- Respond customer's enquiries via WhatsApp
- Explain the purchasing process
- Prepare the quotation, invoice etc
- Check the authentication of incoming luxury items and jewelries
- Simple translation support
Requirements:
- Able to speak Japanese (JLPT N4 for above) to liaise with Japanese speaking related party
- Willing to work on weekends
- Possess working experience in customer service, customer-facing role
