Responsibilities:
- Liaise and build relationship with new and existing suppliers and customers
- Cost calculation and prepare quotations
- Prepare budget and sales forecast
- Monitor sales and profitability
- Follow up on AP and AR
- Forex Management
- Prepare Sales and profit report
- Manage forwarders and 3rd party providers for storage, logistics and transportation arrangement
- Sales and Marketing (Business Development, meeting with customers and vendors)
- Planning and administrative (forecast planning and cost calculation)
- Operation (Urgent Shipment handling, quality issue handling, Ad-hoc)
Requirements:
- Degree in any fields preferably in Chemical Engineering/Bio Engineering/Supply Chain Management
- 1 to 2 years working experience
- MS Office
- Travel twice a month mainly in SEA
