Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive, Temp (1 Year), to support our internal HR team in various HR functions. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, employee file management, HR projects, and provide general support to enhance HR operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to HRBPs, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and activities.
- Manage and maintain employee personnel files (P-files), ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company policies.
- Assist with HR projects, supporting initiatives aimed at improving HR practices, employee engagement, and business alignment.
- Coordinate HR activities, including employee inquiries, benefits administration, and documentation preparation.
- Assist in employee relations efforts by supporting HRBPs with policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and general employee support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis, providing insights to HRBPs for decision-making.
- Assist with recruitment-related tasks, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling as needed.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, SuccessFactors).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws is a plus.
