Position Overview:
The Production Supervisor will lead and manage company's production shift team. This role ensures smooth operations by supervising, coaching, and motivating the team to meet company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- People Management
- Supervise and lead the production team.
- Plan and manage manpower resources.
- Conduct training and daily shift meetings.
- Provide performance feedback and career development.
- Maintain accurate attendance records.
2. Daily Operations
- Ensure compliance with SOP, cGMP, and ISO 13485 standards.
- Report production and material usage accurately.
- Utilize the SAP system for operations.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and warehouse on quality and materials.
- Meet production schedules and fulfill customer orders.
3. Workplace Safety & 5S
- Promote safety and good housekeeping (5S) practices.
- Identify unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.
- Minimize waste and scrap.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485 standards, and SOP would be advantageous.
- Experience with SAP or similar systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
