Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with individual and business clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of banking products and services, including savings and investment accounts, loans, mortgages, and wealth management solutions.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review their financial portfolios, address concerns, and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and attract new business through referrals and networking.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., credit, operations, and risk management) to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
- Monitor the market and industry trends to stay up-to-date with competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Manage and oversee clients' accounts, ensuring that all transactions comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues related to banking services, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Degree holder.
- Driven and goal-focused individuals who are passionate about financial planning and wealth management.
- Willing to work a 5.5-day week, with the flexibility to meet clients beyond regular hours.
