- Working Location: Mapletree Business City
- 5 Days Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
- Salary: $2500
Responsibilities:
- Do follow ups calls to clients
- Assist them to submit their applications through bank system
- Follow up pending documents with clients and processing team
- Submit end day report to the management
- Objection handlings
- Work closely with relevant departments to resolve clients’ issues and concerns
- Products and systems training will be provided
- Training provided

- Relevant experience
