Bank Customer Servicve Associate [ Training Provided ]

• Role: Fulfilment Officer [ Bank Processing ]
• Working Location: Mapletree Business City (Pasir Panjang / Labrador MRT)
• 5Days Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
• Basic Salary: $2500

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Do follow ups calls to clients
2. Assist them to submit their applications through bank system
3. Follow up pending documents with clients and processing team
4. Submit end day report to the management
5. Objection handlings
6. Work closely with relevant departments to resolve clients’ issues and concerns
7. Products and systems training will be provided
8. Training provided
