Working days: 5 days per week based on roster (Confirmed off day : Every Tuesday)
Working hours: 12.30pm – 6.30pm or 3pm - 9pm

Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Providing enquiry service to customers
- Assisting customers in using library services e.g. Library e-kiosk, self- check, multimedia services, library catalogue, online resources & etc.
- Assisting customers in locating library materials
- Providing circulation service to customers
- Handling customer’s feedback and forward to NLB staff as and when necessary
Roving duties and promotional support
- Performing roving duties in enforcing library etiquette
- Assisting in ensuring good housekeeping in the library reading areas
- Assisting in crowd controlling for programmes
