Job Description
- Maintenance Project Support: Provide support and assistance in the execution of maintenance projects.
- System Administration: Manage and oversee system administration tasks, including troubleshooting, implementation, and support in Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
- Network Support: Assist in managing and maintaining LAN, WAN, routers, switches, DNS, VPN, and firewall systems.
- Hands-On Experience: Possess practical knowledge in working with various network devices and security protocols.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system or network issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant technical experience, with a strong background in system administration and network support.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively within a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent Worker: Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative as needed.
- Standby Availability: Willingness to work on a scheduled standby basis, rotating weeks as required.
