Description:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Report to Senior Management on the weekly progress with regards to the Sales KPIs.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Take charge of all curated events for members by the Director of Food and Beverage to ensure the participation and execution are given to drive the success of the events.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Develop and manage the operational budget ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Proven experience handling multiple outlets in a similar capacity in a large scale F&B Operation.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
- Financial acumen and budgeting experience.
