About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to deliver innovative business solutions and support clients in transforming their operations. In this role, you will:
- Lead workshops to gather information for fit-gap analysis or blueprints.
- Document functional requirements for Sales & Distribution, basic CRM, and Logistics Execution processes, including Transport Management.
- Advise clients on solution directions and the adoption of new technologies, including S/4HANA, Manufacturing, Planning, and MES solutions.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate solution feasibility.
- Customize the SAP S/4HANA SD module and ensure seamless integration with other modules.
- Design organizational structures and key data elements.
- Coordinate and assign tasks within the team, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Define and execute test scenarios to ensure solution effectiveness.
- Provide training to key users and business users.
- Develop functional solutions, proposals, and value differentiation for SAP SD and related modules.
- Participate in solution demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Contribute to the development of practice-related skills and assets.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates with the following expertise:
- Experience: At least 8 years of SAP SD implementation experience, including 3 years with S/4HANA and at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects.
- Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications are preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Broad SAP expertise, including data migration, interface development, and functional consulting.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Manufacturing Supply Chain.
- Client-facing Experience: Prior experience working in a consulting role, preferably with clients in the ASEAN region.
