Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend components of web applications.
- Collaborate with frontend developers for seamless integration and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability.
- Implement APIs for third-party and internal integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in backend development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer, specializing in web applications.
- Proficient in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experienced with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services. Familiar with Git and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of asynchronous operations or event-driven architectures is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Agile/SCRUM experience preferred.
