- Assist in managing daily contact centre operations professionally via phone-in, email and walk-in.
- Collaborate with contact centre staff to address and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Provide immediate attention to customers' needs and follow-up with appropriate resolutions
- Enhance customers’ experience by executing satisfactory service recovery actions
- Achieving the set targets for productivity and quality
- Complete fulfilment of application and renewal of contracts
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
