Job Posting: Temp Staff – Contact Centre Support
Position Details:
- Location: Hill Street
- Reporting to: Contact Centre Manager
- Contract Duration: 5 months
- Salary: $2,600 - $2,800
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday), with overtime on an ad-hoc basis
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Contact Centre Operations Support:
- Assist in managing daily contact centre operations via phone, email, and walk-in professionally.
- Collaborate with contact centre staff to address and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Provide immediate attention to customers' needs and execute satisfactory service recovery actions.
- Ensure the fulfillment of applications and contract renewals for Residential and Business customers.
- Achieve productivity and quality targets as set by the management.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
