Role:
- Support administrative tasks and documentation related to Ship-to-Ship operations, including certificates, permits, and reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance and organization of Ship-to-Ship records, such as transfer logs and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate documentation, billing, and communications between office departments and vessels.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Maritime Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
