Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Private Banking Relationship Manager to join an esteemed boutique private bank. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in and managing a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing tailored financial solutions, and building long-lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and a passion for delivering exemplary client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Financial Advisory: Analyze clients' financial needs and objectives to create customized investment strategies, estate planning, and wealth management solutions.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and monitor client portfolios, ensuring alignment with their investment goals and risk tolerance.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.
- Business Development: Identify and target potential new clients to expand the bank's private banking business while leveraging existing networks and referrals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (investment advisors, trading, credit, etc.) to deliver comprehensive services tailored to client needs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies while maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Possess CACS 1 & 2 (Individuals in the premiere banking space with a good AUM and possess the CACS papers are invited to apply)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services.
- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships and meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of financial products such as UL and Lombard loans; investment strategies; and market conditions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
