Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, uphold company standards, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for customers. This role combines operational management, team leadership, and strategic execution in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee smooth daily restaurant operations and enforce company standards.
- Drive sales through excellent execution of operational strategies.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor costs and achieve profitability through effective cost control.
- Manage safety, security, and human resource standards.
- Train, develop, and recruit staff to maintain a high-performance team.
- Prepare weekly rosters and manage manpower planning.
- Organize events, including staff briefings, preparation, and execution.
- Assist in planning beverage and wine menus.
- Oversee inventory management and monthly reporting.
- Update POS systems with new menu items and maintain stock explosion records.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and hygiene meet high standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the F&B industry.
