They are looking for a Proposal Engineer (Petrochemicals and Offshore fields)

Responsibilities
· Responsible on project tender and proposal
· Assist and follow up on pre and post tender clarification
· Preparation of tender submission documents and compile of proposal
· Adhere to proposal submission by deadline
· Prepare the proposal for management approval
· Assist in paper work and follow up with affiliates if necessary
Requirements
· Bachelor Degree in Business Management or other related discipline
· At least 1 year experience in project proposal or sales coordinator
· Prior experience in petrochemicals and offshore field is preferred
· Keen eye for exploring business opportunities
· Driven, passionate about sales
· Strong sales acumen
· Good in establishing rapport with all levels of people
· Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese, Mandarin to communicate with the Chinese/ Mandarin speaking stakeholders and vendors easily.
· Negotiation skills, risk analysis skill, high level of business acumen
· Possess good attitude, Proactive
· Project Management skill will be advantageous
· Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules independently.
