Responsibilities
- Redesign organizational structures and update job roles to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Create and roll out workplace policies, including those for remote work, leave, travel allowances, and other employee benefits.
- Develop performance evaluation tools and reward systems to motivate and recognize top talent.
- Handle employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Plan and implement training programs to help employees grow their skills and advance their careers.
- Analyze and present HR data, such as employee engagement and turnover, to guide decision-making and improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of HR & Administration experience
