Job description:
- Supervise drivers and delivery assistants, ensuring their tasks are effectively managed and monitored.
- Address safety violations or disciplinary issues by reporting them to the Operation Manager.
- Plan, schedule, organize, and assign daily jobs while adhering to safety protocols.
- Liaise with customers to address and resolve job-related issues, including time extensions for export collections when necessary.
- Report cargo damage, traffic accidents, delivery abnormalities, or discrepancies to the Operation Manager or immediate superior.
- Investigate and document incidents/accidents promptly, submitting detailed reports (e.g., Incident Report/CAPA) to management.
- Oversee vehicle and equipment usage, ensure proper maintenance scheduling, and confirm all assets are in good condition.
