Job description:

  • Act as the primary liaison with building management, landlords, and contractors.
  • Oversee all facets of office administration and facilities management.
  • Ensure uniform administrative standards across multiple office locations.
  • Provide support for daily office operations, including equipment maintenance and supply management.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency by optimizing processes and reducing costs.
  • Coordinate renovation and relocation projects with landlords, contractors, and property agencies in Asia.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including price negotiation, contract management, and agreement reviews.
  • Review and confirm the accuracy of quotations and invoices.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
