Responsibilities:
- Operating LASIK Equipment: Set up, calibrate, and operate lasers used in LASIK surgeries to reshape the cornea.
- Patient Preparation: Ensure that patients are properly prepared for surgery, including explaining the procedure and addressing concerns.
- Monitoring: Assist during the surgery by monitoring equipment and ensuring the patient’s safety throughout the procedure.
- Post-Operative Care: Provide post-operative care and instructions for patients after their LASIK surgery, including monitoring for complications.
- Maintenance and Calibration: Regular maintenance and calibration of the laser equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety.
- Assisting Surgeons: Work closely with ophthalmologists and surgeons, ensuring that all protocols are followed during the LASIK procedure.
Requirements:
